here is to use morels without holes in them. If they will hold water
they will work. Do not cut them in 1/2

when it has been placed in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes prior
to use

Cut cheese into pieces that can be inserted into
the morel

insert cheese into morels

use a piece of bread to plug the stem so the
cheese does not run out while being cooked

combine a few eggs with some milk in a dish and
mix well

fill a sandwich baggie 1/4 full with Fry Crisp All
Natural Batter Mix

dip morels in milk/egg mixture
-
remove morels from milk/egg mix let excess mixture
drip off

place as many morels in the bag as you can fit or
want

shake bag around to thoroughly coat morels

add battered morels to a preheated deep fryer and
fry until golden brown
