1. Photos submitted become property of Illinois Bucks.

2. We reserve the right use photos submitted to the site in future publications related to Illinois Buck's contests and or promotions.

3. If you wish that your name not be published on the site, please state your wish when submitting photos. Photos submitted without names will not be published. 

4. If you wish the county of harvest not be revealed, please state that when submitting photos. We still require you to identify the county but we will not publish it on the site. Harvest photos submitted without a county specified, will not be published.
